Magellan maximises member options for ‘prudent’ travel
COVID-19 has thrown doubts over commercial aviation. This plays into the hands of business aviation companies such as Magellan Jets, who have been touting the benefits of charter for many years.
CEO and co-founder Joshua Hebert, and president and co-founder Anthony Tivnan.

Boston-based Magellan Jets is launching new pay-as-you-go membership programmes. As the world rethinks how to travel safely, the company is enhancing its product portfolio, emphasising that while it was once prudent to fly on commercial airlines due to economic reasons, it's now wise to invest in safer, private travel options.

The latest programmes provide the consistency and flexibility of guaranteed access to four categories of aircraft, with a minimal initial investment and a low annual renewal rate. Additionally, members enjoy 12-month locked-in hourly rates and the freedom to fly on as little as 12 hours' notice, plus no blackout dates, fuel or peak surcharges.

Companies, business and personal travellers can now use Magellan Jets memberships to more reliably predict their travel costs while consistently maintaining the highest margin of health, safety and security for themselves as well as their employees, colleagues and business partners.

“We are simplifying our programmes to focus on lowering barriers to entry. Now, more than nine million American households and businesses that used to rely on airline service have unprecedented access to purely private business aviation solutions at an unbeatable value,” says president and co-founder Anthony Tivnan. “Traditional views around private jets are outdated. We're here to help America fly again.”

All members have guaranteed access to a high quality fleet, and there is an option for Premium membership, for those who want additional benefits to enhance the purely private experience further.
