Latitudes to receive the Atlas treatment
Approval for Atlas Air Service to provide aircraft maintenance on the Cessna Citation Latitude comprises all overhaul, repair and modification services. It has passed muster with both the LBA and EASA.
Atlas has forty years' experience with Citations.

Atlas Air Service has extended its scope of aircraft approval and is now providing certified maintenance services for the Cessna Citation Latitude.

The Cessna Citation Latitude from Textron Aviation entered the market in 2015 and holds the title of the industry's most popular midsize jet with 58 aircraft delivered in 2019.

The aircraft maintenance comprises all overhaul, repair and modification services. This work is only to be carried out after approval by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). In order to obtain this approval according to the so-called EASA Part 145, Atlas Air Service successfully demonstrated its capability to the German Federal Aviation Authority (LBA) and received the approval last week.

“We have implemented this extension of our maintenance capability following a recent customer request. Responding very quickly to customer requirements with effective solutions is our key to success. In this case it is also a perfect addition to our existing maintenance offer. We look back on over 40 years of experience in the maintenance of Cessna business jets. We are experts in the market and are authorised to maintain most of the Cessna business jet models. We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers this additional service," says Serkan Akin, CAMO manager at Atlas Air Service.

Atlas Air Service has more than 50 years of experience with service and maintenance work as well as the trade of various aircraft types, primarily from the manufacturers Textron Aviation and Embraer.
