flyExclusive acquires Gulfstream fleet of Sky Night
The Gulfstream aircraft will extend flyExclusive's charter travel reach to Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Asia and beyond. The aircraft offers seating capacity for up to 13 passengers and berthable seating.
The GIVSPs are fully available for charter.

LGM Enterprises, parent company of flyExclusive, a provider of premium private jet charter travel, is acquiring Sky Night, an owner and operator of Gulfstream aircraft. The acquisition adds large cabin charter to flyExclusive's growing portfolio of light, mid, super-mid and heavy jets and extends the company's reach with on-demand, long-range service for both domestic and international travel. Sky Night will be rebranded as flyExclusive International.

Scott Niswonger founded Sky Night in 1987. He also co-founded Landair Services in 1973 and Forward Air Corporation in 1990, both of which were eventually taken public under his leadership.

“It is a privilege to turn over my company to Jim Segrave and flyExclusive,” he says. “I look forward to building a long-term relationship with Jim and his team.”

“Through this alignment and sales agency agreement with flyExclusive, we will capitalise on the opportunity to extend our high quality, safe and reliable point-to-point travel on a global scale,” adds Jim Segrave, owner, LGM Enterprises. “The addition of Gulfstream aircraft is a key milestone in our growth strategy and furthers our commitment to exceeding expectations for unmatched private travel no matter the destination.”

The Gulfstream aircraft will extend flyExclusive's charter travel reach to Europe, Hawaii, Alaska, Asia and beyond. The aircraft offers seating capacity for up to 13 passengers and berthable seating.

flyExclusive has grown into the seventh largest private jet operator in the United States. With a floating fleet of more than 50 aircraft ranging from light to heavy jets, the company has been ranked one of the top Part 135 operators in the US with the highest possible safety ratings and a reputation for innovation.

“From the beginning our strategy has been to extend our fleet globally in a way that grows our position as a world leader in private charter,” explains Segrave. “Today we begin a new chapter in that journey as we expand our reach to wherever passengers dream of flying.”

flyExclusive's new Gulfstream GIVSP aircraft are now available for charter clients.
