Raisbeck Engineering has appointed Nick Lyle as director of sales. He will be responsible for overseeing the company's sales initiatives, dealer support, onsite dealer technical and sales training and contributing to the company's overall strategic direction.

In a move to strengthen Raisbeck's steadily growing sales and worldwide dealer support network, Lyle comes to Raisbeck with a strong background in MRO sales, modification and avionics sales, spares sales, and an extensive product knowledge and commitment to providing quality service.

“We are thrilled to welcome Nick to Raisbeck Engineering,” says president Lynn Thomas. “He is an excellent fit for our sales team, well-respected and well-connected in the industry, and I am confident his passion for the business and experience will have a positive impact on the growth of the company. The experience he has gained in past leadership roles and natural ability to develop long lasting relationships within the aviation industry will prove invaluable to our dealers and business associates at Raisbeck.”

Lyle has almost 14 years of sales and purchasing experience gained in the execution of selling aircraft modifications and aircraft spares for domestic and international customers. He joins Raisbeck from Commuter Air Technology where he was senior manager of MRO sales, responsible for developing and improving new business relationships for aircraft modifications and aircraft spares programmes. He also led STC and MRO sales and was instrumental in their expanded growth.

Previously he worked in multiple sales and purchasing roles for Jet Service Enterprises and Ray Albright Steel Products, where he honed his skill set for negotiating price and contract terms for major purchases and programmes.
