Slovenia-headquartered charter and management company Elit'Avia is now a Wyvern Wingman certified operator through its Maltese AOC. Manned and unmanned aviation safety risk management and training company Wyvern's rigorous process validates safety management systems (SMS), safety performance and operational excellence.

Elit'Avia has point-to-point access to destinations worldwide, including the US, Europe, Asia, Russia and Africa. It has also earned additional approvals from regulatory agencies that validate its operational excellence and further facilitate access to various jurisdictions. For example, since 2014 Elit'Avia has held a US Foreign Air Carrier Permit and a Visa Waiver Program Signatory Carrier designation. Most recently, it earned a Singaporean Foreign Operator Operations Permit and a Canadian Foreign AOC. Applications for Foreign AOC designations in Australia and Malaysia are also underway.

“We are proud to announce that Elit'Avia Malta is now Wyvern Wingman certified and we expect to register more aircraft in Malta,” says CEO Michel Coulomb. “This certification is testament to our commitment to safety, industry best practices and continuous innovation. Wingman certification tells the market that we are operating at the highest international standards of airworthiness. Today, only about 100 operators worldwide are Wingman certified. We are very pleased to join this exclusive club and are committed to respecting the standards of excellence that it represents.”
