CJet calls on Universal to enhance service at Beijing
From December, Universal China ground handling experts will have on-ramp access to provide supervisory services in coordination with Capital Jet handlers at Beijing Capital airport.
Universal Aviation China country managing director Cynthia Zhang and Universal chairman Greg Evans with Capital Jet general manager Ma Yin and general manager, operations control center Tang Chuan Jun.

Universal Weather and Aviation and China's Capital Jet (CJet) have signed an agreement to work together to enhance service levels for business aviation operations at Beijing Capital airport.

CJet is the only authorised ground service and customer passage provider for private aviation in and out of the airport, as well as the greater Beijing metropolitan area. The agreement, which goes into effect 1 December, 2019, means that Universal Aviation China will provide on-ramp ground handling within CJet's FBO, the only one at the airport.

“The combination of our local expertise, award-winning ground handling service and safety standards with CJet's experience and commitment to improving business aviation infrastructure will help reduce our clients' risk and stress when operating to Beijing,” says Universal chairman Greg Evans. “We look forward to developing training and information sharing programmes with CJet that will further advance and ease the business aviation operating environment throughout China.”

Capital Jet general manager Ma Yin adds: “Universal has an extensive history and reputation for excellence in China and we are thrilled to partner with them to continue the great progress we've made in recent years of raising international service standards.”
