AeroWorx makes manager of leading engineer
As manager of quality control and engineering, Michael Priolo is tasked with ensuring AeroWorx exceeds quality standards in the provision of pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical and fuel system repair and overhaul.

California-headquartered AeroWorx has recently promoted existing employee Michael Priolo to manager of quality control and engineering. His primary role will be to ensure the company continues to meet and exceed quality standards set by the FAA, EASA, ISO and other relevant organisations. Moving into this new position is a natural fit for Priolo as he's been managing the engineering department for the last year.

“I come from the engineering world, where we want to see things work out 'by the book',” he says. “I'm looking forward to seeing how we engage the standards and how we work with the systems that are already in place. We have an established quality system that captures what customers want. I'm going to be pressing to keep that intact and continue to move us forward, working with the team, to continue to serve our customers.”

Priolo enters into a well-established system that always needs upkeep as certifications inevitably get changed and slightly tweaked. Since AeroWorx is certified in Aerospace AS9110 and also ISO 9001:2015 certified, Priolo will have much to work with.
