Randall to build on OEM relationships for UA
Robert Randall joined Universal Avionics in 2008 as a regional sales manager before transitioning to OEM sales manager and then to US senior sales manager in 2014. His avionics knowledge is said to be second-to-none.
Robert Randall has been appointed UA director of strategic business development.

VP of strategic business development at Universal Avionics Marc Bouliane has announced that Robert Randall will take up the newly-created post of strategic business development director. In this position, Randall will lead market development activities with OEMs (airframes and avionics), refocus and expand UA's proposal process and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships to complement UA's offering.

“Robert brings a vast knowledge of the avionics market to this position, knowledge he has acquired over a long career as an entrepreneur and as a seasoned sales leader for several organisations, including UA,” states Bouliane. “His energy and unique ability to connect with customers will move us to new heights in the OEM market.”

Randall joined UA in September 2008 as Midwest regional sales manager before transitioning to OEM sales manager in 2012 and US senior sales manager in 2014. Prior to joining UA, he accrued more than 30 years of avionics maintenance, testing, sales and management experience. He is a US naval aviation veteran, a licensed A&P mechanic, and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).
