Clay Lacy selects FL3XX software solution
Clay Lacy spent more than a year testing 10 different systems to manage its sales, ops, dispatch, crew coordination and customer service, before deciding on FL3XX. It has used an internal system for three decades.

Clay Lacy Aviation of California has selected FL3XX as its technology partner to provide a complete software solution for sales, operations, dispatch, crew coordination and customer service. After 30 years working with an internally developed system, the operator required a more complete, robust and flexible system to take advantage of current and future technologies.

The choice of the FL3XX platform was based on the choice of all stakeholders across the organisation. The evaluation was conducted by charter sales, accounts, ground ops and flight ops, as well as other departments including finance, accounting, FBO services and maintenance.

“We look forward to a long term collaboration with FL3XX,” says COO Dave Lamb. “We are confident FL3XX can meet our current needs while positioning us to deliver even higher levels of service to our clients in the future.”

Paolo Sommariva, CEO of FL3XX, adds: “We are pleased with this landmark agreement that set our presence in the USA and we are eager to work with such a respected and established company as Clay Lacy, serving one of the best teams in the business aviation industry.”

FL3XX will establish offices in Los Angeles soon to closely support the switch to FL3XX and future customers throughout the US.
