Air Partner scores with charters to UEFA finals
After breathtaking semi-final victories, Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea football fans are doing all they can to get to the finals. Air Partner is seeing demand from fans desperate to fly to Madrid and Baku.

Air Partner is scoring well with football fans as it steps up to fly them to Azerbaijan for the Europa League final on 29 May and Spain for the Champions League final on 1 June. The limited number of flights available with commercial airlines meant many fans were facing the possibility of not making it at all. Baku in Azerbaijan in particular is very poorly serviced, with direct flights not operated daily from London.

Air Partner has been contacted by a number of fans desperate to get to the final, with groups looking to charter private jets to fly them direct. As a result, enquiries for the month are up 12 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Air Partner private jet and group charter teams have more than 50 years of experience chartering aircraft for sporting events, flying both fans and the football teams themselves. Since 2016, the group has flown 12,000 passengers 120,000 miles to 65 airports in 42 countries for football related events. The group also offers a CharterPlus guarantee that gives clients additional insurance coverage and financial protection.

Manager, UK private jets Marcos Torre comments: “It's great to see four English teams in the European finals, but many fans are being let down by scheduled services. Air Partner's charter solutions offer unparalleled flexibility and convenience, meaning fans only have to worry about what happens on the pitch. For many, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and we are delighted to be able to help get football's biggest fans to these games.”

A return trip to Madrid on a six-seater light jet with Air Partner is priced from approximately US$27,000. A return trip to Baku on an eight-seater midsize jet is approximately priced from US$55,000.
