Joe Cugnetti has joined Duncan Aviation's aircraft service sales team in Michigan. A diverse educational and employment background has prepared him well for technical support and customer relationship issues.
Joe Cugnetti joins Duncan Aviation’s aircraft services sales team.

Duncan Aviation has appointed Joe Cugnetti as a Bombardier service sales representative. In this position, he will use his airframe technical experience and knowledge to help Bombardier operators plan and schedule maintenance for their aircraft.

Most recently, Cugnetti worked for nearly six years as a Lead Technician in the airframe department of Duncan Aviation's Battle Creek, Michigan location.

“In my time as a technician at Duncan Aviation I have performed inspections, repairs and service for business aircraft but, just as importantly, I have developed strong relationships within the company's production and sales teams as well as with customers and vendors,” says Cugnetti. “My understanding of production and the work being performed will help me to provide customers with insight for their upcoming work.”

Based at Battle Creek, Cugnetti also has general business and finance experience outside of aviation. Before joining the company in 2013, he worked as an account manager, a warehouse manager, a branch manager and in sales.

Cugnetti grew up in Portage, Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University in 2000 with a Business Administration degree in Finance. In 2013, he graduated again with a degree in Aviation Maintenance and an A&P licence.
