As part of its ongoing expansion, AeroGuard Flight Training Center has launched its new commercial pilot training facility at Georgetown Municipal airport near Austin, Texas.

AeroGuard's accelerated curriculum helps cadets go from no experience to paid airline pilot in as little as two years. Its student-focused culture attracts cadets from all over the world who want to quickly master the knowledge and skills they need to launch a career in aviation. The Austin flight school is located to not only train students from Texas, but also students across the US and beyond, offering programmes for international airlines, universities and their students.

CEO Joel Davidson says: “We are so excited to open our new campus at the Georgetown Municipal airport. From day one, our mission as a flight school has been to help young men and women create better futures for themselves. For that reason, our training programmes have always been designed around long-term career success. And with our partnership with SkyWest Airlines and the Pilot Pathway Programme, students at AeroGuard have a direct career path to commercial aviation. Our new campus in Austin, Texas. gives us an incredible opportunity to reach new cadets, helping them to create their own bright futures.”

AeroGuard’s other two facilities are in California and Arizona, and all three offer the core accelerated Pilot Pathway programme as well as its highly regarded Rotor Transition Programme. The Austin campus is surrounded by a diverse airspace that facilitates pilots practising and mastering flight manoeuvres without distractions, and operating at a variety of airports.

AeroGuard offers an all-inclusive and transparent tuition model with reimbursement packages available in partnership with SkyWest Airlines.
