Aerion adds experience to supply chain team
Hal Martin has extensive experience in managing supply chains from his previous roles at Aerojet Rocketdyne, Cobham Aerospace and Defense and Honeywell. He will perform a similar function at Aerion.

Supersonic aircraft manufacturer Aerion has named Hal Martin as VP of its global supply chain. He will oversee a growing network of suppliers contributing to the AS2 supersonic business jet programme, and brings substantial experience in managing international supply chains at major aerospace companies, driving continuous improvement in performance through Lean Six Sigma strategies.

“Hal brings a stellar background in managing supplier networks for complex, large scale aerospace programmes,” comments COO Steve Berroth. “We will be finalising a number of supplier relationships in the coming months and Hal will be critical to this effort.”

Martin joins Aerion from Aerojet Rocketdyne, where he served as VP of supply chain material management. Prior to that position, he was VP of operations and supply chain, avionics and satcom for Cobham Aerospace and Defense. He has also served as VP of integrated supply chain at Honeywell Engines, Systems and Services.
