Duncan Aviation makes avionics sales appointment
There's an emphasis on small-town friendliness and responsiveness at Duncan Aviation, and after five years with the company, former wellness team member Marika Brack is to stretch her wings on the sales side.
Marika Brack moves to the avionics installations sales team at Duncan Aviation in Nebraska.

Family owned US MRO facility and sales and acquistion suppport company Duncan Aviation has welcomed Marika Brack to the avionics installations sales team at its full-service facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. In her five years with the company, Brack has moved from wellness coordinator to the benefits and wellness team lead to avionics install sales.

Personally and professionally, Brack believes you have to set goals so high they demand an entirely different version of yourself to attain them. “My previous experiences in building relationships, leading teams, and working to help team members here at Duncan Aviation articulate their needs and meet their goals has prepared me well for this new endeavour,” says Brack. “I'm looking forward to learning a new set of skills and applying what I already know to bring value to our customers.”

Prior to joining the company in 2014, Brack was a territory account manager for a payment processing company. She started as a servicing relationship manager where she was responsible for the service and account management needs of existing customers, while also acquiring new business opportunites. At the end of her six-year tenure she had worked her way into the role of territory account manager where she led a team of account managers for a six-state region.

“We're excited to have Marika join the sales team, and we look forward to utilising her skills and past sales experiences as she serves Duncan Aviation's avionics customers,” says Lincoln's manager of completions and modifications service sales Nate Klenke.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, Brack ran the Boston Marathon last year during one of the coldest, rainiest runs in the history of the race, and she is currently training for the Fargo, North Dakota marathon in May.

Duncan Aviation treats its customers and its team members extremely well. I'm fortunate to work for a company that invests in my growth and professional development,” she adds. “I've been willing to put myself out there to learn and develop new skills, and my mentors and managers have been 100 per cent supportive. As a result, I've become deeply committed to the company, its mission and our customers.”
