LunaJets takes on eight sales staff
Annual revenue growth of 35 per cent has necessitated staff additions at LunaJets. Candidates had to prove not only that they are adept sales people, but also that they fit in with the culture of the company.
New recruits undergo a four-week in-house private aviation training course before starting work at LunaJets.

Geneva-headquartered broker LunaJets has added eight new sales agents to its team.

"With a 35 per cent year-on-year revenue growth, we need to expand our team continuously to cope with the increase in demand for private jet charter," states CEO Eymeric Segard. "Following an intense four-week, in-house private aviation training process, our eight newest private aviation coordinators are now ready to assist our clients."

The recruitment process at LunaJets involves interviews with the sales manager, the sales director and eventually with the CEO. While the sales director and sales manager assess the candidate's skills, knowledge and background, the CEO determines whether the candidate represents a good fit for the company's culture and values.

LunaJets' team now numbers more than 45.
