Airshare goes GoGo for Phenom 100 fleet
Gogo's Avance L3 is said to be especially effective aboard smaller aircraft types, making it a great fit for Airshare's Phenom 100s. The technology enables passengers to send emails and texts and make voice calls.
Avance L3 is designed to bring connectivity to the cabin at an affordable price.

Fractional specialist Airshare of Kansas has selected Gogo Business Aviation's latest connectivity solution for light jets, Gogo Avance L3, to be installed across its fleet of Phenom 100 aircraft.

“We strive to provide the most outstanding flight experience for our customers, and they expect to have excellent connectivity while in the air,” says COO Harry Mitchel. “Gogo's Avance L3 and L5 are a perfect fit for us. The innovative systems are reliable and scalable, while also allowing us to affordably meet the connectivity needs of our customers.”

Gogo's VP of aftermarket sales David Salvador adds: “We're thrilled to partner with Airshare to bring connectivity and inflight entertainment to its travellers. Avance L3 is a proven solution and is ideal for mid and lighter jets bringing connectivity to the cabin at an affordable price.”

Airshare currently operates 11 Phenom 100s and several Phenom 300s, many of which are equipped with Gogo's connectivity systems on board. Airshare has also committed to installing Avance L5 on all new Phenom 300 aircraft it adds to the fleet in the future.

Avance L3 is designed to deliver the benefits of the Gogo Avance platform in a small, lightweight form at an affordable price. Users can customise their inflight experience based on unique needs, and the system can be installed on business aircraft of all types and sizes. Using L3, anyone on board the aircraft can send emails or texts and make voice calls with Gogo Text & Talk. They can also access flight apps such as moving maps, weather and flight information. For customers looking for full internet connectivity, Avance L3 can be enabled to connect to the Gogo Biz data network, which delivers 3G.
