Wuhan Hangda Aero joins a network of independent repair stations with factory-trained technicians giving owners and operators of Hartzell propellers within China access to top level service and support.
Wuhan Hangda Aero is the third facility in China to be designated as a Hartzell Propeller service and support centre.

Ohio-headquartered Hartzell Propeller has appointed Wuhan Hangda Aero & Technology Development as a service and support centre in China.

Wuhan Hangda Aero is located in Dongxihu District of Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province. It was founded in 2000 and established as a Part 145 repair station with CAAC, EASA and FAA certifications for a wide capability of hydraulic, electro-mechanical, pneumatic components, landing gears and propellers.

“This latest appointment demonstrates Hartzell Propeller's ongoing commitment to Chinese owners, operators, maintenance facilities and the continued growth of general aviation in China,” says Hartzell Propeller managing director for China Weiqing (Max) Wang, based in Shanghai City. “Wuhan Hangda Aero is the third facility in China to be designated as a service and support centre, which continues our goal of expanding our service and support network in China.”

Wuhan Hangda vice president Huang Yong adds: “Wuhan Hangda Aero is one of the largest MRO services providers for civil aircraft components in China. After being appointed as a Hartzell Propeller service and support centre we will utilise our extensive market and product experiences to better service local customers.”

Wuhan Hangda Aero joins Hartzell's network of independent repair stations, with factory trained technicians and appropriate equipment, ensuring that owners and operators of Hartzell Propellers within China have access to factory trained service and support.

Hartzell Propeller provides aircraft propeller design and manufacturing for business, commercial and government customers. Its next generation propellers are designed with innovative 'blended airfoil' technology and are manufactured with machining centers, robotics and custom resin transfer molding curing stations.
