Victor serves ultimate fine dining at altitude
Passengers can now choose between caviar and lobster when departing London on board flights organised by Victor. The courses are paired with fine wines and champagnes curated from the Moët Hennessy stable.
On Air Dining has designed a selection of haute cuisine dishes to be paired with Moët Hennessy's fine wines for Victor's charter customers.

UK online booking platform Victor has teamed up with luxury wine and spirits producer Moët Hennessy and executive in-flight concierge On Air Dining to create tailored premium pairings of food and drink for those of its customers flying from the London area. Passengers can further personalise their own menus from ingredients selected as a nod to the tastes and flavours associated with some of Victor's most popular routes.

The dishes complement a hand-picked selection of Dom Pérignon champagne and wines from the Moët Hennessy stable. Delicacies such as cured Loch Duart salmon with oyster mayonnaise, dashi cucumber and oscietra paired with Dom Pérignon Vintage 2009, and pan-roasted langoustine with confit pork croquette, truffled leek, shallot and parsley paired with Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième P2 2000 will be available as an exclusive in-flight option. Other dishes that can be ordered at an additional cost include lobster and butter-poached chicken paired with Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2015.

Victor UK and ROW managing director Toby Edwards says: “Excellent customer service is at the core of every decision we make at Victor. This high calibre partnership offers a range of exciting new surprise and delight experiences for our customers. It allows them to tailor their travel in even greater detail and style.”
