EnterJet's AI assistant manages charter without a broker
Celeste can manage the charter process end to end, from first enquiry through to flight brief, over a single WhatsApp conversation.
Charles H. Robinson, founder and CEO of EnterJet, says: “Celeste does in a single conversation what a broker does across calls, emails and portals: the enquiry, the aircraft advice, the options, the completed booking.”

EnterJet says its AI booking assistant, Celeste, has completed what the company believes to be the first private jet charter booked entirely by AI, handling the process from enquiry to flight brief over WhatsApp.

Operating within EnterJet's marketplace, Celeste took the member's enquiry, advised between aircraft when asked, handled the booking once the member chose, issued the flight brief and answered questions ahead of departure. The member received live aircraft options within minutes of first contact, and the booking was set within 90 seconds of the client's choice. Later the same night, at 3am UK time, Celeste returned full ground handling and FBO details within 45 seconds of the request.

EnterJet connects members directly with vetted operators, removing the traditional broker margin from charter. The platform serves more than 3,500 members across a network of vetted operators and over 750 aircraft worldwide. Celeste draws availability and pricing from operators in real time through the platform's integrations, and every booking resolves against an operator's confirmed availability before it is set, with pricing reflecting the aircraft directly rather than carrying a broker commission.

Celeste has been released to a selected group of members ahead of a wider rollout, available at no additional cost. A white-label version, allowing operators to offer the assistant under their own brand, is available to selected accounts, letting operators handle direct client enquiries with reduced friction and push trips to market where fleet availability is limited, while retaining the client relationship. EnterJet says the assistant is intended to remove friction from the booking process rather than replace its concierge and client care team, which remains available to every member.
