Dassault has appointed Mitch Dishman as general manager of Dassault Aircraft Services (DAS) – Wilmington. Dishman will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wilmington service centre, including all MRO activities, and supervising the structural repair centre.

“The elevation of Mitch to this new role, along with some other organisational changes, will help us to improve our level of service to all our customers,” says senior VP and CEO of DAS Remy St-Martin. “We have experienced consistent growth over the last couple of years, and Mitch has the experience and leadership skills to help our teams become even more customer-oriented and competitive.”

Dishman has been with DAS for 10 years, most recently as director of the structural repair centre. He has worked in the aerospace and defence industry for more than 15 years prior to joining the company.

DAS is a network of Dassault Falcon aircraft service and maintenance centres throughout North and South America owned by Dassault Falcon Jet, and is part of the service centre network established for Falcon operators around the world. DAS service centres are located in Little Rock, Arkansas; Reno, Nevada; Sorocaba, Brazil and Wilmington, Delaware. DAS also operates four satellite service stations in St. Louis, Missouri; Teterboro, New Jersey; Van Nuys, California and West Palm Beach, Florida.
