AVMOSYS offers fully mobile flight scheduling app
ARGUS product specialists overseeing upgrades to version two of its flight scheduling software have made transferring data from legacy systems and the whole implementation process both predictable and painless.
ARGUS International executive vice president Scott Liston talks through the features of AVMOSYS v2.0.

ARGUS International has released AVMOSYS v2.0, a fully mobile cloud-hosted and web-based flight scheduling software application for the business aviation industry. Executive vice president Scott Liston comments: “With mobile devices projected to drive nearly 80 per cent of the world's total internet usage in 2018, creating a fully-mobile application was an easy decision when it came to the next step in AVMOSYS' evolution as a software application. Mobile apps are the future of software programmes. Whether you are using it on your desktop, tablet or smartphone, the accessibility and ease of the application provides users with a familiar and fast experience that drives greater efficiency, productivity and ROI within any operation.”

From just about any device, users are only a few clicks away from performing a range of functions that are vital to the successful management of an operation, be it trip building and quoting, modifying schedules and managing vital data or on-road flight crew functionality.

A user-customised interface brings each person's roles and responsibilities to the forefront. There is automated management of an operation's policies and procedures through the workflow engine and the customisable flight schedule improves flight, crew and maintenance scheduling decision-making. QuikTrip technology allows users to build multi-leg quotes or trips in just a matter of seconds and a powerful report module comprises both a library of report options and the ability for user created reporting. On top of all that, the flight crew app, with offline capability, can manage schedules, flight briefings, trip reporting and expense entry.

The app has seamless integrations with over 20 of the most commonly requested third-party software applications, removing the need for users to continually log in and out of these programmes, and is backed by a 24/7/365 customer support team.
