Jet Aviation to work on Russian aircraft in Vienna
Jet Aviation Vienna is certified for maintenance on a range of aircraft including Learjets, Challengers, Globals and Gulfstreams. Recent approval from Russia's CAA means it can maintain Russian aircraft on-site.
Jet Aviation has operated its MRO and FBO facility at Vienna International airport since September 2014.

Jet Aviation’s maintenance facility in Vienna has received Russian CAA approval, meaning the facility is now authorised to support Russian-registered aircraft. “This authorisation can lend considerable comfort and convenience to Russian owners and operators flying in the region,” says MRO and FBO manager Hakan Tin. “We support many aircraft types currently registered in Russia, while our dedicated AOG team is highly trained to recover aircraft as quickly as possible.”

Jet Aviation Vienna established its MRO and FBO facility at Vienna International airport in 2014. From a 4,000 sqm hangar facility, the company operates a Cessna authorised service centre that provides scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to Citation aircraft, in addition to off-site AOG services. Jet Aviation Vienna also supports line and base maintenance and AOG services for Learjet 60 and Challenger 300/350/604/605 aircraft, as well as line maintenance for Gulfstream G550, Learjet 45, Challenger 650, Global 5000/6000, Global Express and Global Express XRS series aircraft. The MRO facility has 2,000 sqm of shops and office space.

FBO amenities include an operations office, a crew lounge and access to a VIP passenger lounge.
