Situated at the Vienna General Aviation Terminal, Jet Aviation's FBO offers a comprehensive range of services, including a VIP lounge and flight planning facilities. It opened its doors to the public in November 2014.

Jet Aviation is now able to perform GVI checks with its automated drone and AI technology, resulting in a detailed paperless report for the customer and maintenance teams.

The Donecle drone and AI technology support operations for inspecting the external structure of aircraft, including lightning strike inspections, general visual inspections (GVIs), regulatory inspections and paint checks.
