Chapman Freeborn celebrates 25 years in Poland
A quarter of a century of Polish operations has provided a springboard for Chapman Freeborn to grow its presence across Eastern Europe and the Baltic states.
The Chapman Freeborn Poland team celebrates its 25-year anniversary: Russi Batliwala, Wojciech Trzpiel, Idalia Glodowska, Radoslaw Puchalski, Rafal Gontar, Daniel Walaszek, Monika Klimuk, Jacek Kubera and Ryszard Gaszynski.

UK-headquartered Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is celebrating 25 years in Poland. Over the last quarter century the company has become a leading provider of aircraft charters and associated services in the country.

The Chapman Freeborn group has been an established presence in Poland since 1993 when it opened its office in Warsaw to serve local charter clients and expand the company's specialist activities in Eastern Europe and the Baltic states. In 2015 a second office was opened in Katowice to help meet increased demand for the company's charter expertise and its growing range of related services, including onboard courier solutions for time-critical shipments.

To help mark the 25-year anniversary the team, along with 200 guests, gathered for a celebration at The View, a club located in Warsaw's Spectrum Tower that offers stunning views of the capital.

CEO Russi Batliwala says: "Twenty-five years in the aviation industry is an achievement to be proud of. The key to our success in Poland has been the amazing group of people that make up our team, as well as the long-standing support of our customers and airline suppliers."

The event provided an opportunity to recognise several team members for their length of service, including Wojciech Trzpiel who has reached the 10-year milestone, and Idalia Glodowska and Rafal Gontar who have served the company with continued dedication for 23 and 25 years respectively.

Country manager Radoslaw Puchalski adds: "Our team in Poland continues to go from strength to strength and I'm incredibly proud of what we've accomplished. The business has been based on providing innovative charter solutions and personal service for 25 years, and that is the way we want to continue as we look to the future."
