Global trade body The Air Charter Association (The ACA) has welcomed five new members to its NextGen Group, a team of leading young professionals aged 35 and under, working for member companies across the air charter industry.

The new members joining the NextGen Group are Alexandre Fabre, key account executive, Luxaviation One; Alexandra Robinson, head of charter sales, DragonFly Executive Air Charter; Joey Hole, revenue management/commercial ops executive, Flexjet; Julia Gstrein, flight manager, IW Aviation and Maisey Greenhow, commercial executive, Chapman Freeborn.

The ACA NextGen Group (NGG) was formed in 2020 to support the association's initiatives and develop wider engagement with young professionals within the membership. Members of the NGG conduct outreach at colleges and universities, showcasing the range of career opportunities in air charter. The NGG also promotes The ACA Internship as an excellent opportunity for transitioning passionate young people into the workforce.

We are delighted to welcome five more talented young professionals into the group and have no doubt they will be excellent ambassadors for both The ACA and the wider industry, as they provide us with greater resource to enhance our outreach and further our core initiatives.

“Additionally, it is fantastic to see one of our 2025 internship cohort, Maisey Greenhow, joining the group, and no doubt she will do a great job in promoting the value of the internship programme.”
