Air Partner joins On Air Dining subscription service
All aspects of a charter operation must run smoothly, and being able to offload some responsibility to an expert is definitely food for thought. Here bespoke catering is on the horizon for one brokerage.

UK-headquartered brokerage Air Partner is to strengthen its long-standing relationship with executive in-flight culinary provider On Air Dining by adopting the subscription service, Horizon by On Air Dining, for its JetCard members. As a VIP membership programme, Horizon already provides business aviation operators with a service that offers a suite of exclusive benefits, but Air Partner is the first customer without an owned fleet, but with in-house catering control, to free itself from the delivery, airport and administration fees that are typical of some caterers.

Among the benefits that Air Partner will receive is bespoke menu creation, building on existing menus created over the last three years. The Horizon package also offers branded packaging, culinary training for account managers and dedicated concierge staff.

Air Partner head of JetCard UK Steven Warner says: "We are seeing more requests for bespoke, luxury dining experiences on board aircraft and are constantly looking for ways to offer our customers the highest quality service. Horizon by On Air Dining helps us to focus our attention on delivering the best experience possible, an ethos that has always been at the heart of Air Partner."

On Air Dining CEO Daniel Hulme adds: "The response to Horizon from companies across the business aviation industry has been tremendous and we have seen a record increase in business in recent months. With a global aviation services company of the calibre of Air Partner now an active member of the programme, it demonstrates how important it is to offer a service that delivers the best to our customers, so they can deliver the best to theirs."
