Planet Nine debuts Falcon 7X in San Jose
Fast-growing long haul Californian Falcon 7X operator Planet Nine has showcased its second aircraft at a one-day NBAA event in San Jose.
P9 plans to add two more Falcon 7Xs to the fleet before year end.

Newly-launched Los Angeles-headquartered ultra long haul charter operator Planet Nine (P9) has made its debut at the NBAA San Jose Regional Forum where it showcased a Falcon 7X with 16 VIP seats and six individual sleeper seats.

P9 secured its FAA Part 135 operating certificate in June this year and is already reporting a positive entry into service. Over the summer it performed several charters into Europe, including London Luton and Cannes Mandelieu airports. It recently ran several pre-Hurricane charters into Honolulu International airport and other key charter destinations have included Nice, Geneva and Tivat in Montenegro.

Co-founders Matt Walter and James Seagrim, together with P9's UK-based international director of sales Kirti Odedra are positioning the company at the premium end of the ultra long range charter market. They are endorsed by Californian brokerage Jet Productions Worldwide CEO Kim Scolari who praises their attention to detail and customer service: "They care passionately about passengers' onboard experiences. I have to present the very best aircraft and service for our 'A' list clients and Planet Nine helps me shine every single time.”

On the other side of the Atlantic, Harrods Aviation sales and marketing director Will Holroyd comments: "We are very proud that P9 is regularly choosing the services of Harrods Aviation at London Luton airport to support this exciting new addition to the long haul charter market. With so many of our regular customers flying between London and the major international US hubs its fine long haul offering, based on the popular Falcon 7X, is a welcome addition to the industry.”

The company plans to add two more Falcon 7Xs to the fleet before year end.
