ACS Aviation's maintenance division ACS Engineering has entered into a joint venture with Specialist Helicopters to provide full maintenance support to Skyhook Helicopters' Airbus AS350. The single engine turbine helicopter, registration G-LARR, will be maintained and serviced by engineers at ACS's facility at Perth Airport in Scotland.

Skyhook Helicopters, owned by TSL Contractors, operates from a main base at Balfron in Scotland and provides lifting capabilities to construction industry contractors throughout the UK and in remote areas.
