Swiss-registered ExecuJet Europe has been accredited with IBAC's International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) Stage 3 certificate, the highest IS-BAO accreditation the organisation can achieve.

IS-BAO, IBAC's voluntary code of best practice, was established in order to enhance operational safety by improving safety culture, efficiency and effectiveness and raising the bar for aircraft operations. Stage 3 verifies that safety management activities are fully integrated into a business and that a positive safety culture is being sustained.

VP Niclas von Planta says: “IS-BAO is one of the most highly recognised standards in the industry and as such the ExecuJet Europe team is delighted to have received this accreditation, which reflects the hard work and dedication of every single employee.

“As part of the accreditation process, we were able to demonstrate high performance levels in a range of key areas including safety management, training and proficiency, flight operations, aircraft equipment and maintenance, fatigue management programmes, and security.”

This is the first IS-BAO Stage 3 certificate for ExecuJet globally, and the first in the Luxaviation Group.
