London Biggin Hill airport has upgraded its handling service and made two senior FBO staff appointments, after completing a full refurbishment of its passenger terminal and adopting FBO One aircraft handling software. The facility includes a number of passenger areas and a dedicated pilot lounge.

Sally Powell has been named FBO manager after seven years as executive assistant and HR advisor to the airport's managing director. Kevin Berry has been appointed as deputy FBO manager.

“Early responses from flight crew and passengers to our FBO upgrading programme have been most encour-aging,” says business development director Robert Walters. “Sally and her team will be especially proud to be able to continue to build on our reputation for delivering the highest standards of customer service.”
