Pilatus has appointed Germany's Air Alliance as an authorised sales and service centre for the PC-6. Air Alliance will be responsible for all future sales and maintenance activities in connection with the Pilatus Porter PC-6 in Germany and Austria.

Meanwhile Oriens Aviation, the London Biggin Hill-based distributor for the PC-12, has announced a US $14 million investment as demand continues for the nine-seat turboprop. Three new $4.6 million aircraft will be imported from March 2016.

“We are now receiving strong levels of interest for the PC-12. Its great value and economic operating costs, combined with a remarkably low depreciation, mean that pre-owned aircraft are soon resold within the worldwide market,” says Oriens chief executive Edwin Brenninkmeyer.

Since 1994, more than 40 PC-12s have been sold in the UK.
