NetJets marks art partnership with bespoke tail design

NetJets Europe has unveiled a unique tail design on board one of its Signature Series Challenger 350 jets. The operator has been an official partner of Art Basel for 12 years, and ahead of the Basel show opening last month, it chose to work with Timorous Beasties – a British design firm famed for extravagant pattern-repeated flora and fauna. As a result, the tail fin of its latest jet now features a chevron design with moths in the company's livery colours.

Says executive director of sales Marine Eugene: “Art is a topic close to many of our customers' hearts. Our partnership with Art Basel has allowed us to host our customers at the event and invite them to intimate previews of the world-class art on display. This year we wanted to celebrate 12 years of working together and use our newest Challenger 350 as a canvas to create something beautiful.

NetJets hosted a six-day event at Art Basel, in a vip lounge, which included early viewings of the artwork on display before the exhibition opened to the public.
