Seawings, which operates seaplane tours from its base in Dubai, is launching an air taxi service from Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International airport. Set up in collaboration with Jetex Flight Support, it will provide clients with luxury private transfer in a nine-seat Cessna 208 Caravan seaplane from DWC to hotels and destinations in the region. It will be offered to clients who wish to beat the Dubai traffic, reducing journey time by up to half an hour compared with a car trip.

Ceo Stuart Wheeler remarks: “Seawings is proud to collaborate with Jetex to provide a premier service. Passengers will benefit from this one-of-a-kind service offering a comfortable travel experience combined with incredible views of the UAE. Our seaplanes can take off and land on water or runways and thus offer easy connectivity to various locations around Dubai.”
