Bristol and Biggin Hill-based Centreline Air Charter has celebrated the fifth anniversary of buying its first jet by being awarded the title of 'Best General Aviation Operator' at this year's Baltic Air Charter Association (BACA) awards.

The company has grown thirty per cent per year for the last five years, and has successfully traded through three recessions in its 25 year history.

Commenting on the award Phil Brockwell, md, says: "Private air travel is defined by its service standards. It is a significant accolade to be recognised as a leader in this area by the ultimate arbiters, those air travel brokers who are tasked with booking flights for their discerning customer base."

Centreline now has a Citation CJ2 based in Manchester, and a CJ2+ at Stansted.
