On Thursday, November 13, 2014 Altenrhein Aviation Ltd invited Embraer Phenom operators to the first Embraer Phenom 100 and 300 Maintenance Round Table.
The first Maintenance Round Table was held at the airport in Altenrhein, hosted by Altenrhein Aviation Ltd. The welcome reception started with history in the Aviation Museum followed by the forum in the airport conference center. The goal of the Round Table was to listen to the customer, to exchange technical and operational issues and share experiences. Different action items have been noted, with the objective to improve maintenance services, parts and aircraft availability.
An important topic was AOG assistance and customs procedures. In total twenty-seven persons participated at this first forum, where representatives from Embraer, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Garmin together with licensed engineers from Altenrhein Aviation Ltd answered questions from the operators, pilots or CAMO representatives.
