Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support (GCS) today announced that its entire Hawker 125 Series Technical Support group has completed the FlightSafety International (FSI) Master Technician Program. The FSI Master Technician Program was designed to help technicians develop a higher level of skill and increase their problem-solving ability.
"The Master Technician program provides a great way for our maintenance professionals to enhance their skills," said Christi Tannahill, Hawker Beechcraft senior vice president, Global Customer Support. "It is a sequence of courses that delivers the kind of in-depth troubleshooting and system knowledge that allows our technical support team to assist customers on a daily basis. The completion of this program demonstrates our commitment to supporting the large installed fleet of Hawker 125 series operators."
Each Master Technician program consists of five aircraft type specific courses and typically takes four to five years to complete. This achievement represents a significant financial investment in personnel and training to ensure that Hawker customers receive the highest level of technical support available.
