As part of Medavie's integrated offering, PAL Aerospace will operate and maintain the fleet of King Air 350 aircraft for Newfoundland and Labrador's fixed-wing air ambulance service.

The acquisition combines Airtask’s sovereign UK operations with PAL Aerospace’s global experience, securing continuity of service and expanding future opportunities.

PAL, part of the Exchange Income Corporation family of companies, and Air Borealis, a Newfoundland-based aircraft operator, will fly fixed wing and rotary air ambulances in Newfoundland and Labrador.
