Following the signing of an MOU with SkyDrive in February 2025 to assess commercial flight paths above the renowned Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, the two companies subsequently agreed on a pre-order for up to 50 aircraft.

SkyDrive and AeroGulf Services will work together to explore flight routes and practical use cases for commercial eVTOL operations, with a focus on providing sightseeing services and tourism flights at Jumeirah.

AeroGulf Services is to purchase four helicopters from MENA, and the companies are working together to expand rotary services in the Middle East.
