The AW189 combines superior payload and range with advanced technologies to successfully operate a wide range of missions such as SAR, energy industry support, passenger transport, firefighting and law enforcement.

Two AW189 helicopters will be added to Lufttransport’s fleet, strengthening offshore transport capabilities on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Lufttransport has extensive experience in dealing with Norwegian weather conditions, its safety record is good and both the Norwegian civil aviation authority and Equinor have deemed the company qualified for offshore work.
