Lucas Lichtner-Hoyer says the new building reflects JetAlliance's growth and will house the new simulators of the flight school, meeting rooms, offices and the company's financial department.

"JetAlliance has emerged from a one jet company in 1996 to a dynamic and fast growing group of aviation companies," he adds. It now operates 37 jets for charter.

Spain's Executive Airlines, awarded one of the licences to manage the new El Prat terminal at Barcelona airport, says it plans to be operationally ready by July. It will manage FBO 2, a 321 sq. m. facility that will accommodate handling agents and offer vip lounges, crew rest areas and offices. Executive Airlines, which reports "incredible growth" last year also plans to add eight more jets to its 14-strong fleet during 2008.
