The IBA Group, a U.K.-based independently-owned aviation consultancy, has opened an office in Dubai. Phil Seymour, md, says: "IBA is doing considerably more work in corporate aviation with a number of new projects close to fruition and the handling of a sizeable amount of CAA E3 certification work, involving overseas registered private jets coming onto the U.K. register."

Seymour adds: "IBA can analyse an operator's requirements and provide value added support, allowing the operator to concentrate on core business."
