European marine broker Grange International, attracted by the flourishing private aircraft market, has launched an air charter broker. Nick Davis, head of Grange International Aviation based in Poole, U.K., says: "We are launching on to the European stage with a unique USP in that on our website we have a private jet charter calculator which offers fixed rates, guaranteed availability and pay-as-you-go for the light, mid and heavy aircraft categories."

He adds: "This new concept is going to bring 'jet card' type benefits to the ad hoc user that cannot justify the normal minimum 25 hour pre- pay block card. We also offer management, and, because of our parent company's support and our corporate partnership with Sunseeker Sales Group we expect to make considerable headway in this flourishing market."
