A Scotland-based seaplane comp-any plans to add more aircraft, including Caravans, in the spring of 2008 as it expands its combination of charter and on-demand passenger service.

David West, md of Loch Lomond Seaplanes, says: "Private charter will remain a big part of our operations although we are starting an on-demand passenger service from a new terminal in Glasgow to destinations in Argyll and Bute. We are also considering extending the service to the Isle of Skye." The company has offered charters, trips, business and lunch excursions for the past three years.
