AirMed helps band's hectic schedule
Rock and folk group The Waterboys chartered one of AirMed's Piper Cheyennes for their European tour. Destinations included Inverness, Haugesund at which the Waterboys headlined, Ostende, Oxford, Eindhoven and Dublin. “The band decided it was a time-saving decision to meet a busy European schedule. This was the first passenger flight in the Piper Cheyennes G-FCED since its respray into the AirMed colours,” says AirMed’s Craig Chaulk. The Oxford, U.K.-based company currently has a fleet of six piston aircraft and five turboprops.
