Switzerland's Alpine Jet Service expects to relaunch next year with up to five aircraft available for charter. A Learjet 31A and a Falcon 50EX, both owned and operated by companies from Luxembourg and managed by Alpine, have been sold. But the owners are looking to acquire newer aircraft.
Alpine executive officer Jack Praz says: "We don't know exactly what will be available next year but we expect to have between two and five newer aircraft. The plan is to operate them privately to begin with, perhaps for a month, and then make them available for commercial charter."
