Executive Flight Service has launched upgraded 24/7 ground services at its new facility in Dubai through a cooperative effort with Universal Aviation. Located at Dubai International Airport, the upgrade is a response to the demand for high standards as business aviation grows rapidly in the Middle East, according to Syed Mumtaz Ahmed, senior officer operations, EFS. Improvements include parking adjacent to the new terminal, 14 new vip lounges, and faster access to customs and immigration processing areas located in the terminal.
