Judith Moreton, md, is tuning up for Skyjet International's Russian expansion. The charterer is establishing a line maintenance facility, will appoint a field service representative and is extending the area its covers to include Moscow and St Petersburg.

The Skyjet membership card is the first international block-hour charter programme to be made available in this region, says Moreton.

Bombardier says a Russian partner will be selected by the end of the year and a dedicated field service representative will be appointed and stationed in Moscow.
