A Greek helicopter pilot was forced at gunpoint to take part in a jail break involving one of Greece's most wanted men.

The incident took place on Sunday, June 4, and started after two men hired the helicopter for a sight-seeing trip.

Reports say that, after take off, the men produced a gun and told the pilot to land in the courtyard of the high-security Korydallas prison in the Greek capital, Athens.

Two inmates then climbed on board and the pilot was ordered to take off again and land in a nearby cemetery. The four men then climbed onto waiting motorbikes and rode off.
