Universal Weather and Aviation is expanding the service territory of its London Stansted-based European Operations Centre (EOC), to include Russia and CIS states. Clients can now work with the centre to plan flights, obtain permits and coordinate handling.

"With our experience serving the flight planning and slot coordination needs of our clients in Europe, it was a logical progression to offer them our full trip support services when the centre was created," said EOC manager Barry Burton. "Now, with the growth of traffic in the region, the timing is right for us to further extend our services."
