NetJets Transportes Aereos (NTA), a Portuguese air carrier and partner of NetJets Europe, has appointed William Kelly as ceo at its Lisbon operations centre. He replaces David Marcus who has been coo since February 2002.

Kelly joined the company in 2002 and formerly held the position of chief financial officer at NetJets Europe. He will be based at NTA's operations centre in Lisbon, Portugal, overseeing NetJets' European flight operations, training, maintenance, product delivery and finance divisions.
